He previously held roles at Merrill Lynch and Citi, where he worked closely with ultra-high-net-worth clients across Latin America, delivering a full range of personalized financial services. In addition to his finance background, he worked at a prominent Bitcoin infrastructure company, gaining in-depth knowledge of Bitcoin technology and the broader digital asset ecosystem, while spending the last ten years researching, investing, and staying at the forefront of cryptocurrency trends. He also co-founded a venture capital fund focused on startups in Central America, supporting innovation and entrepreneurial growth in the region. Rodrigo holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and is based in New York City, where he continues to bridge the gap between traditional finance and the evolving world of digital assets.
